1. Age Requirement 

By accessing and purchasing products from this site, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not sell products to individuals under the age of 21. It is your responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and consumption of age-restricted products, such as kratom. 

Misrepresentation of Age: 

Misrepresenting your age to purchase products is illegal and violates these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders, deny access to our site, or take legal action if we believe age misrepresentation has occurred. 

2. Product Use Disclaimer 

All products sold on this site, including kratom and any other supplements, are intended for adult use only. Kratom and other herbal supplements sold on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition. 

Liability: 

By purchasing and consuming these products, you agree that you are using them at your own risk. The Feral Housewife LLC assumes no liability for misuse of any products or any adverse effects that may result from their consumption. 

3. Shipping and Legal Compliance 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to any location where kratom or any other products we sell are prohibited by law. Please check local, state, and federal regulations before purchasing. 

Restricted Areas: 

  • We do not ship kratom to the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin. 
  • Additionally, kratom cannot be shipped to the following cities and counties: San Diego (California), Sarasota County (Florida), Union County (Mississippi), Denver (Colorado), and Jerseyville (Illinois). 

If an order is placed for a restricted location, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

4. Payment and Refunds 

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Coinbase Commerce Gateway, Zelle, major Debit and Credit Cards (currently obtaining reliable payment processor for debit and credit cards).

Refund Policy: 

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, we will provide a replacement or refund for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please contact customer service at contact@feralhousewife.co within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.
